The hotel of choice in San Juan. The staff members were all professional and attentive.

I would say it's perfect place for staying and exploring San Juan.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, had a fairly nice experience. The hotel was perfect and clean, it had free wi-fi, its location was favourable in the terminal. The room was new-fashioned and quiet, ideal for 1 night.

By and large, it was good choice for sightseeing in San Juan, had much fun. We loved sitting in the restaurant on the 2nd floor.

Everything was perfect - well furnished rooms and complimentary breakfasts. We got a room with a bathtub.

It's luxury hotel with huge rooms, everything is brand-new.

I came here for 1 night and had an excellent stay. I thoroughly enjoyed coffee, fresh bread, oatmeal and toast for breakfast, which was included. I was met by outstandingly accommodating and pleasant staff at the reception.

I had a fine stay here and would still consider staying here again.

I asked for queen room and it was functional. Marvellous service, provided by the obliging staff. The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a pretty comfortable area. The food they offered was NICE, had variety of meals.

Pretty much what I expected: straightforward hotel, reasonably priced. All good - I liked my stay - food was brilliant and my bed was extremely comfy. Silent unit with a washing machine and glassware. Welcoming service overall. Location just off - the car rental and the airport: D

The staff are welcoming, the hotel is clean and the breakfast is hot. Climate control, multi-channel TV and a sitting area in the room and the very comfy bed.

I loved every detail about my quite comfortable stay here during 1 night. Bedroom was big size. Staff was ACCOMMODATING there. The restaurant was great and its excellent dishes are to die for.

It was a nice experience overall. This place was convenient and the staff was funny.

the location is exceptional, decent service, the staff is lovely. it is equipped with a hot tub, which is a bonus.

Really great location, exceptional staff, quick check in. Lots of food for breakfast, food was excellent. The room was accommodating, there were climate control, a safe and a lounge area. Late check-out was useful.

It was a welcome base for our brilliant stay. Truly enjoyed the atmosphere of this isolated hotel, magnificent location and such huge rooms. And it also had spectacular view. Attentive service, even though a few employees were disappointing.

a great experience and wonderful staff. we had a free breakfast, it included coffee, slices of fresh bread, toast and oatmeal. exceptional customer service provided too. free wifi was acceptable, you can use it throughout the property. ideal location far away from other restaurants.

I loved it, its staff and rooms. The bedroom was nice and had a particularly nice view on the garden. That was comfy hotel set in comfortable area. Pool was nice and beds were good;))

It was really quite clean and absolutely perfect hotel, would recommend. Staff were such wonderful all that time. Room had a modern bathroom that we greatly enjoyed.

Will be back. It was very clean, breakfast was excellent! It was not far from balneario de carolina. Restaurant here was good.

Air Margaritaville was 10 mins walk away. We had a chance to visit playa isla verde, set within 15 minutes' walk...
